Response time is typically within a few days. During an active Race to World First things get busy, so it might be a little longer — but every message gets a reply eventually.

What to include

• Bug reports — describe what you expected to see, what you actually saw, and which page or feature was affected. A screenshot helps.
• Feature requests — describe what you'd like and why it would be useful during the Race.
• Data issues — if pull counts or boss kills look wrong, include the guild name, boss name, and roughly when you noticed it.
• Anything else — partnership inquiries, press questions, or general feedback are all welcome.
